Recipes

 Here are just a few of our favorite recipes! Hope you enjoy them as much as we do! All ingredients can be found in our stores!

 

Melinda's Pork Chops

 

*6 - pork chops            *2 tbls oil

*1/2 cup flour               *1 tsp garlic powder

*2 tsp dry mustard     *1/2 tsp onion powder

*1-2 cans cream of chicken soup

 

Mix flour and dry ingredients together and coat chops.  Brown in oil on stove.  Put in crock pot pour soup over top of chops (do not dilute soup) on low for 8-10hours or high for 5-6 hours.  Cooking time will vary depending on crock pot.

 

Duma's Pulled Pork

 

*Pork Shoulder Butt Roast (5-6lbs)

*1/4 cup vinegar

*1/4 cup water

*1 tbls Wildmans seasoning

*1/2 cup BBQ sauce

 

Place roast in a crock pot and pour all ingredients over roast and cook over lowest heat for 24 hours.  Any size roast will work just up the amount of ingredients.

 

 

Dry Roast Baby Back Ribs

 

*Baby back pork rib slabs

*Wildmans Chef Spice

* Duma's BBQ Sauce any flavor

Place ribs bone down on a cookie sheet with at least a 1" lip on it sprinkle Wildmans on to (as much as desired).  Bake uncovered at 225* for 5 hours, serve with BBQ on the side.

Dave Duma's Prime Rib

 

PRIME RIB MUST SIT ON COUNTER OVERNIGHT AND BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Preheat oven to 375* for medium rare suggested temp)

                               400* for medium

                               425* for well done

Place prime rib bone down in a roaster uncovered.  Season with your favorite season salt, we suggest Wildmans. Bake for 1 hour at desired temperature.  Shut the oven off, leave rib in the oven for 5-7hours.  Turn oven back on at same temperature for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes take out, slice and serve.

NEVER OPEN OVEN DOOR

Bev's Beef Chuck Blade Roast

 

*1 blade roast

*1 package onion soup mix

*2lbs cut -up carrots

*4 medium potatoes

*water (about 1/2" in pan)

Place roast in roaster and cover with ingredients bake at 350* for 3-4 hours

Beef Rolled Rump Roast

 

*3-4lb rump Roast

*1 can Cream of Mushroom

*1 can water

*1 bag Mrs. Millers Noodles

*beef bullion cubes

Place roast in crock pot with soup and water.  Cook for about 8-10hours on low.  Serve with noodles cooked in beef bullion.  Yummy!

Lamb Cooking Instructions

 

*Lamb Chops - Grill

 

*Lamb Shoulder Roast - Heat oven 325* and bake for 4 hours uncovered.  Season heavily with your favorite season salt.

 

 

Roast Leg of Lamb

 

*1 leg of lamb

*2-3 sprigs of rosemary

*2 tbls brown spicy liquid mustard

*6 gloves garlic - cut each into 4pieces

*6 tbls olive oil

*salt and pepper to taste

 

Preheat oven to 475*.  Rub leg with mustard and season with salt and pepper.  Make small incisions with knife and insert garlic pieces and rosemary.  Place on a roasting rack above tray and drizzle with olive oil, cook for 1 hour.  After 30 minutes lower temperature to 460* continue to bake for the last 30 min.  Insert a knife into thickest part of leg, meat should be pinkish in color.  Remove from oven and leave sit for 15 min.  Serve
